Exclusive: Hot pair together on silver screen for the first time

It was earlier confirmed that Mozart of Madras A R Rahman signed Sivakarthikeyan’s next film, a science-fiction drama with director Ravi Kumar. Ravi Kumar is known for helming the science-fiction comedy Indru Netru Naalai. The announcement that Rahman is on board for the project was made through an official poster. The movie will hit the screens in 2019.

Now the latest update is that current sensation Rakul Preet Singh has been roped in to play the female lead. The actress was earlier seen pairing opposite Mahesh Babu and Karthi Sivakumar in Spyder and Theeran movies respectively. It will be interesting to watch Rakul play opposite the heartthrob of Kollywood.

While on the other hand, Sivakarthikeyan awaits the release of Seema Rasa, which is touted to be a village entertainer, directed by Ponram. The film is planned to be released during Vinayagar Chaturthi. The film will see Sivakarthikeyan collaborating with Samantha for the first time.
